Terms of Service
These Terms form an agreement between you and SyeDev LLC FZ, a company in the United Arab Emirates and the operator of Vozly, for use of the Vozly desktop voice-to-text writing app for macOS and Windows.
Using Vozly
You may use Vozly to dictate, transcribe, clean up, and insert text into your own apps and documents. You are responsible for the content you dictate and for reviewing text before relying on it.
Accounts
Some Vozly features require sign-in. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to your account secure. Google Sign-In is available as an authentication option.
Plans, billing, and usage limits
Features and usage allowances may depend on your plan. The current Free cloud allowance is 2,500 transcribed words and 3,600 seconds (60 minutes) of processed audio per week; cloud access pauses when either allowance is used and resumes after the weekly reset. Pro and other entitled accounts have no weekly word or audio-processing cap, but protective per-minute rate limits still apply.
Vozly uses account-linked aggregate word, processed-audio duration, request, and short-lived reservation counters to apply plan limits and protect the service from abuse. These counters do not contain your audio or transcript text.
If you purchase a paid plan, payments and the billing portal are handled by Stripe. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vozly to break the law, violate someone else's rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse authentication and infrastructure providers.
Service changes
Vozly may change over time as features are added, improved, or removed. We may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change.
Disclaimers
Vozly is provided as available. Transcription and cleanup results may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review generated text before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Vozly Privacy Policy.
